Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,

Listen to Jesus and Work for it, Do what you can

If you want to be wise, listen to Jesus and Work for it, Do what you can, where you are with what you have.

— There's so much wisdom to be learned, So many ways for me to grow, Lord, I would listen like a child, and learn what You would have me to know. —

— The Master can use what you have to offer, though you may consider it small; His work here on earth is done through His children, so give Him your best, 

give your all. —

And the bible says in 

1 Corinthians 15:58

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Christian are OCW’s (Overseas Christian Worker)

All Christian are OCW’s (Overseas Christian Worker) our Christ Jesus He send us here on earth, we are the Heirs of God have an interest in His business. We are a stranger here within a foreign land, Our home is far away upon the golden strand; Ambassador to be of realms beyond the sea, We’re here on business for Our King. We all have the responsibility to do, the responsibility of sharing the gospel

 (2 Cor. 5:20) and we have a business agenda that meets the approval of our Father. 

— The question is: Is that our agenda? — 

Because the Bible says in   

2 Corinthians 6:1 As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 

Peace against Pride..

Pride is the stone over which many people stumble. 

— We may confess our outward sins Because they're difficult to hide, But we must also guard against Our inner sins, like our pride. —

 Like the bible says in 

1 Chronicles 21:8 Then David said to God, “I have sinned greatly by doing this. Now, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”

Humble yourselves

A Christian rises against the winds of adversity. —Though I am His sheep, I’m still prone to stray, So Jesus in love sends afflictions my way; The lessons that come in this school of deep pain Will teach me to follow my Lord once again! —

And the bible says in

James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

The likeness of Christ.

The primary reason for living in this world is to reflect the 

likeness of Christ.

— Called to be salt and light in this world, Called to preserve 

and to shine, Called to reflect the glory of God— Oh, what a 

calling is mine! —

 

Like the bible says

 

Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth.But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

Only you Lord, is enough for me..

My True friend is like diamonds —precious and rare. — 

I do not ask for many friends,
But only you Lord is enough for me, only few whose loyalty and faithfulness are first  but only You, has that character I’m looking for. — So only You is enough for me, nothing more I will ask for…
